This turorial will show you how to make a cool logo. This logo can be used at a webpage or maybe in a intro. This tutorial is very simple and quick. Follow the instructions and you will have a fine result.

Step 1

Create a new background with 400x200 in width and height. Then you can start to color the background black. Totally black.

Step 2

Create a text and type in the letter Z. And then 'Right Click -> Rasterize Layer'.

Step 3

Go to 'Filter -> Stylize -> Wind', Left to Right. And then go to 'Filter -> Wind' (CTRL+F). And now do the same but 'Right to Left'.

Step 4

Not you need to take away some wind. You can use the 'Lasso Tool'.

Step 5

Type any text you want around, I choosed this;

Step 6

Right Click on the layer then click on 'Blending Options'. Use these settings for both the logo and the text;

Outer Glow: #00a2ff

Step 7

Right Click on the layer then click on 'Blending Options'. Use these settings for the background layer;

Gradient Overlay: #0084ff - to - #000000
