This turorial will show you how to make a cool banner with a login. Its pretty easy, just follow the steps and you will make it.

Step 1

Create a new background with 800x200 in width and height. Then you can start to color the background black. Totally black.

Create a new layer (CTRL+SHIFT+N)

Step 3

Select the 'Pen Tool' (P) and these settings;

Click out four positions with the 'Pen Tool' like this;

Hold down the key: ALT and smoothe the edges out. So it looks like this;

'Right Click -> Stroke Path' and select brush and Simulate Pressure. *NOTE* Before you press 'OK', pen tool is using the size you have on you brush, so click on 'Brush Tool' (B) and select a brush size that you want. I use 13px with 100% hardness.

Now duplicate the layer and pull the layer over it. So it looks like this;

Merge down (CTRL+E) the layers (NOT THE BACKGROUND LAYER) and 'Right click -> Blending Options' and use these settings;

Outerglow: #2c6fe0

Color overlay; #2c6fe0

Step 9

Now select background layer and then 'Right Click -> Blending Options' Use the colors: #2c6fe0 to #000000

Step 10

Now, click on 'Rectangle Tool' (U)

Now draw so you got two fields like this;

Merge down (CTRL+E) those two filers that we did in Step 11. 'Right click -> Blending Options' and use these settings;

Inner shadow;

Stroke;

Now, click on 'Rectangle Tool' (U) again and draw a little shape like this;

'Right click -> Blending Options' and use these settings;

Gradient Overlay; #1e81b4 - to - #023d57

Stroke; #292929

Step 15

Now you are going to create a text, use 'Webdings' as your font, at 19pt. And then when you have selected 'Webdings' you create a text and then press the number '4' at your keyboard. Then you will get a little play button. Just draw it to shape we created in Step 13.
