This turorial will show you how to make a wallpaper with alot of colors. This is a very easy tutorial to help you create a cool wallpaper. Follow the instructions and you will get a fine result.

Step 1

Create a new background with 1600x1200 in width and height. Then you can start to color the background black. Totally black.

Step 2

Go to 'Filter -> Render -> Fibers' and use these settings;

Go to 'Filter -> Blur -> Motion Blur' and set the 'Distance' to 999. Don't forget to use the 'Angle' to -60.

Step 4

Go to 'Image -> Adjustments -> Levels' (CTRL+SHIFT+N) and use these settings;

Step 5

Create a new layer (CTRL+SHIFT+N).

Step 6

Select the 'Brush Tool' and just click out some colors. Do it like I did, so you will get a fine result. Use whatever colors you want.

Step 7

Now go to 'Filter -> Blur -> Motion Blur' and use these settings;

Create a new layer (CTRL+SHIFT+N).

Step 9

Now you need take the 'Brush Tool' again. And don't use the hard brushes. Use the soft ones (those who fades out). And paint like this;

Now, go to 'Filter -> Blur -> Motion Blur' and set the 'Distance' to 373.

Now set the layer to 'Overlay'.
