This turorial will show you how to make a wallpaper with a cool white star in it. This is a very easy tutorial to help you create a easy wallpaper. Follow the instructions and you will get a fine result.
Click on the pictures to get full view! Create a new background with 1600x1200 in width and height. Then you can start to color the background black. Totally black. Duplicate the background layer. Now it's time to create a Lens Flare, go to 'Filter -> Render -> Lens flare'. Use the Brightness at 100%. Transform (CTRL+T) and draw it like this. Your result will be this; Then you start to duplicate the layer with the lens flare. Then you set the layer to 'Lighten' so the layer melt into one another. Then go to 'Edit -> Transform -> Rotate 90* CW' so you get a cross. And then but the layer to 'Lighten'. Duplicate the layer again and then use 'Free transform' (CTRL+T) and rotate it manually to one side. Like this; Duplicate the new layer (that you made in step 7) and then go to 'Edit -> Transform -> Rotate 90* CW'. Now you are suppose to 'Merge Down' (CTRL+E) the layers to one layer. Should look like this: Now when you have made it to a star you need to make it a bit cool. Go to 'Filter -> Sketch -> Photocopy' and set the photocopy to Now you got to take away all the ugly shit on the side of the star. Use the 'Eraser Tool' and Erase out all the lines around the star. Use this Eraser: DONE! You have now done the second tutorial by Fredric. This is how your result should be;
