Create a cool card or background with bubbles

Learn how to create a cool card or a background for you computer. A easy tutorial. Follow the steps and you will have a fine result.

Step 1

Create a new background with 500x300 in width and height. Make the background layer black.

Step 2

Create a new layer (CTRL+SHIFT+N).

Step 3

Select 'Brush tool' and choose any colors you want. Use the brush with a hardness at 0% and start paint like this;

Go to 'Filter -> Blur -> Motion Blur' and use these settings;

Step 5

Select 'Brush tool' and then select a 100% hard brush with 35px.

Step 6

Then go to 'Brush Presets and use these settings.

Create a new layer (CTRL+SHIFT+N)

Select the 'Brush tool' and paint so it looks like this.

And then set the layer on a opacity on '30%'

Create a new layer (CTRL+SHIFT+N)

Now paint again on the new layer and then set the layer on a opacity on '60%', like this:

Duplicate 'Layer 1' the layer with the colors and set it as the first layer. Then set the layer to 'Soft Light'. Your layer panel should look like this;
